Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated (e.g. pre-orders). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Pre-Orders

If an item is marked as pre-order, shipping times are estimated at 6–8 weeks from the pre-order closing date. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing, quality control, or international shipping delays. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this timeframe.

Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Australia: 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos if applicable, and we will assist you.
